Ryan is a fantastic realtor. We had a really strange schedule at the time we were searching for houses. He was always flexible and helpful. He knew the area very well and gave us the pros and cons of all the suburbs/neighborhoods. My wife and I were moving from a small town and had never dealt with an aggressive market like Madison before. His help was needed and invaluable during our search and purchasing. We found the perfect home at the right price and are very happy

Talk about above and beyond! Not only did Ryan expertly guide us through the home buying process in a hot market (Madison), during a crazy time (Covid), helping us land an amazing home quickly but he was there to help when it wasn't his job to be. Just after closing on the new house, there was a freak appliance fire that caused major damage. Ryan came out to meet me at the house after the fire department left. He's continued to be in contact after the sale to make sure we get the house back in good order. Excellent in both quality of work and character...what more could you ask for?

When we started looking for a house, we had an in-person meeting with Ryan within one day of requesting more information. He immediately got our requirements for home location, size, and price, began his own searches, and set up automatic notifications of new listings. Since we were first-time home buyers, he walked us through the entire process before we even started looking. We never had to wait more than 1-2 hours to for him to return a missed call, even on weekends. After we had looked at everything available on the limited market, Ryan searched in areas we hadn't considered. Eventually, his expertise helped us buy one of the nicest houses we looked at (out of more than 50), for less money than several similar listings in the area. We would highly recommend

My husband and I have worked with Ryan multiple times. Most recently he helped us in buying our home in this tight market. Ryan was very responsive, which is key when houses are moving so quickly. We were often able to see a house the same day. More importantly, Ryan is very knowledgeable of the market and real estate world. He plays his cards well, aggressive but within reason.
