So I had Ryan help me find my first home. He was quick to help me find a home that I was looking for. He had to meet me on random days and random times to help me work around my work schedule for I ran long hours and could only meet with him later in the evenings. Ryan did not complain once and was very responsive during the entire process of purchasing my home. He made the process simple and easy to understand. When it came to time to sell my house because of relocation for a new job he made the process just as easy as when I bought it. Once again Ryan worked around my schedule and made the process easy. I ended up selling my house out of state so Ryan keeps my informed with all the updates and any change that needed to be made. He was available 24 hrs around the clock even on vacation. Ryan also was kind and had returned a laundry load of clothes that when I left in the dryer when i left to reach my deadlines at my new job. He mailed to me from WI to Utah believe it or not. He was very kind, reliable and honest through my entire experience. I would recommend he to anyone buying or selling a home whether it's your first or tenth house.
